Reinvigorating Dublin’s famous Golden Triangle.
The Pearse Lyons Distillery is a brand new whiskey distillery in the heart of Dublin's traditional whiskey distilling district, once known as the Golden Triangle. Their existing website was a stopgate measure, so we designed the UX, UI and art directed the new website. We also provided consultation on the content and stories on the site which were designed to provide a taster for the fascinating tales the distillery's storytellers will regale you with on distillery tours. Great care was taken to ensure the the site would engage and be swift to load on visiting tourists smartphones and devices without racking up huge data usage.
Connecting visitors with great whiskey tasting experiences.
Built in and around the old St.James Church, the distillery is a spectacular renovation and reuse, just a short walk from Dublin tourism must-see, the Guinness Storehouse, and since it's launch in January 2018 there's been an increase in traffic and queries into the range of premium VIP whiskey tasting experiences!
To bring the new website to life, we also commissioned and produced brand new in-tour photography alongside a video demonstrating the feel and style of the typical distillery tour.
